Contract Opportunity Analysis

The United States Patent and Trademark Office seeks sources to review, modernize, and revise its Patent Examiner Training program. The selected contractor will provide training consultation for program revision, develop interactive and 508-compliant eLearning content, and deliver training support services both in-person and online. The scope includes restructuring a 10-week, 125-course curriculum and converting a minimum of 25 in-person courses into eLearning modules within a rapid three-month timeframe. Work is expected to begin in October 2026 with implementation starting in January 2027 in Alexandria, Virginia, and potentially at regional offices.
