PDV Testing

The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division in China Lake, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for Photon Doppler Velocimetry testing. The scope of work consists of one job for Photon Doppler Velocimetry testing utilizing part number RSI-2350-01. The government intends to sole-source this requirement to Reynolds Systems RSI because they are the sole manufacturer of the equipment and hold the data rights for the required RSI-2350 testing.
