Quality Assurance Services - Civil Works, Interagency and International Services (IIS), and Military Construction Projects in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Caribbean District, is seeking a single-award IDIQ contract for quality assurance services supporting Civil Works, Interagency and International Services, and Military Construction projects in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The work includes assessing compliance with plans and specifications, reviewing submittals and technical documents, performing construction inspection and testing, documenting findings, and preparing daily inspection reports, including safety reporting, across projects such as navigation, flood control, shore protection, recreation, military and federal facilities, water treatment, and environmental restoration. The contract is described as a total small business set-aside, with performance centered in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and a period of performance of one year plus option periods that may extend total performance to five years and six months.
