The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9, is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business contractor to provide firm-fixed-price laboratory courier services for James H. Quillen VA Medical Center and its outpatient clinics. The work covers scheduled transportation of biological specimens, medical materials, inter-office mail, and equipment, with the contractor responsible for personnel, vehicles, equipment, licenses, supplies, supervision, and management needed to perform the service.
