Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Audiology Services IHS Crow Service Unit,MT

The Billings Area Indian Health Service has issued a sole source Notice of Intent to award a firm-fixed-price, six-month bridge contract to Central Montana Hearing and Audiology PC, a small business. Valued at approximately $43,200.00, this contract will provide audiology services at the Crow Service Unit in Crow Agency, Montana, from August 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027. Pursuant to FAR 6.103-1, the agency is pursuing a competition waiver on the basis that only one responsible source can satisfy its requirements. This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. However, interested parties may submit responses demonstrating clear and convincing evidence that a competitive procurement would benefit the government without causing prohibitive costs, delays, or mission disruptions.
