The Department of Defense, Department of the Army, representing the Texas Air National Guard 136th Airlift Wing, is soliciting proposals for the Multi-Building HVAC Controls Upgrade Project. The contractor must upgrade and integrate the HVAC control systems in Buildings 1670 and 1671 with the base's Niagara DDC infrastructure, as well as repair and replace failed, end-of-life HVAC components across multiple buildings. This project is a total small business set-aside with a target price range of $150,000 to $220,000, requiring a 60-day period of performance after the notice to proceed at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth in Texas. Offerors must submit a bid bond with their proposal, and while certified Distech dealer status is not required, bidders must demonstrate Niagara Framework and BACnet integration experience.
