Military Tracked Vehicle Component Repair & Sustainment for Team Armor Partnership (TAP)
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, through the Tank Automotive and Armaments Command – Integrated Logistics Support Center (TACOM ILSC), is conducting market research for component repair and sustainment services for the Abrams, Bradley, and M104 Wolverine Family of Vehicles (FoV) under the Team Armor Partnership (TAP) program. The primary objective is to identify industry capabilities to operate a Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facility at Fort Hood, Texas, which will be responsible for the receipt, inspection, diagnosis, repair, testing, storage, and issuance of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs). This initiative is crucial for maintaining operational readiness and ensuring the timely availability of serviceable assets for military tracked vehicles. Interested U.S. companies capable of handling SECRET/NOFORN classified information must submit their responses by November 19, 2025, with inquiries directed to Sheldon Holmes at sheldon.a.holmes.civ@army.mil or by phone at 571-588-8867.
