Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Naval Research Laboratory, within the Department of the Navy, plans to award Chillco, Inc. a sole-source firm-fixed-price purchase order for annual preventative maintenance. The work covers comprehensive HVAC and related equipment maintenance at Stennis Space Center, including service for Liebert CRUs, RTUs, AHUs, mini-splits, hood vents, and associated filters, belts, coils, and condensate lines. The scope includes annual, semi-annual, and quarterly inspections and servicing, custom OEM inspection checklists, and specific replacement or cleaning tasks such as blower belts, humidifier lamps, and filter changes. This is a special notice under simplified acquisition procedures, not a solicitation for competitive offers, and interested parties may submit capability information within 7 calendar days of publication to Erik Wells at erik.wells2.civ@us.navy.mil.
