Echodyne Radar Systems and Accessories, International Narcotics and Law Enforcement, Department of State

The Department of State is seeking to procure additional radar systems and accessories from Echodyne Corp to support its International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) program. This acquisition will be conducted on a non-competitive basis due to the unusual and compelling urgency outlined in FAR 6.302-2, allowing for a streamlined process to acquire these critical systems directly from the small business manufacturer. The radar systems have already proven successful in operational deployments, with a previous procurement of approximately 40 units costing around $22 million, which included training and logistics support.
