CISRR SETA Support Services Extension
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Procurement Operations, on behalf of the Science and Technology Directorate, is planning a sole-source extension of CISRR SETA support services to Noblis, Inc. The task order supports the Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience Research Program with scientific and technical expertise, analysis, program coordination, and execution across eight topic areas covering SEAR, EMP/GMD, PNT, public safety and violence prevention, soft target security, telecommunications, industrial control systems, and open-source software. Support includes experienced program coordinators, program management specialists, analysts, and general technical and administrative services for S&T program managers and matrixed staff, with performance primarily in the metropolitan Washington, DC area during an 8-month extension from June 3, 2026 through February 2, 2027.
