COLLAR,STEERING ARM

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is soliciting repair and overhaul support for the steering arm collar component. The work requires the contractor to repair, test, inspect, and return the item to Ready for Issue condition, supplying the necessary labor, materials, parts, tooling, and test equipment. The scope includes strict quality and configuration controls, use of approved technical drawings and specifications, prohibition on MIL-W-81381 wire, and performance of repairs at the identified contractor facility, with a required repair turnaround time of 90 days after receipt of the asset. The solicitation has been amended to extend the solicitation date, with the latest referenced extension to 20 May 2026.
