Preventive Maintenance Services for Fuel Storage and Distribution System

The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Kigali, Rwanda, is seeking a qualified contractor to perform preventive maintenance services for its fuel storage, transfer, monitoring, and dispensing systems. The selected contractor must supply all labor, tools, safety equipment, and technical expertise to inspect, test, clean, calibrate, and troubleshoot various fuel system components, as well as provide operational and safety training to Embassy personnel. The work is scheduled to span a one-year base period with four subsequent one-year options, with activities requiring strict compliance with manufacturer guidelines and international safety standards such as OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and API. Administrative deliverables, including maintenance, calibration, and fuel quality reports, are due electronically to the Embassy within five business days of work completion.
