HyperX 2026 Subscription License

Evaluated under the authority of FAR 12.102(a), Collier Research & Development Corp has been identified as the unique provider of this software license. The procurement will be conducted as a commercial item acquisition under FAR Part 12, classified under NAICS code 513210 (Software Publishers). While NASA/NSSC is the procuring center, the software will be utilized at the Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, Texas. Although the agency intends to proceed on a sole-source basis, interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing to challenge this determination. Submissions must be received by 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on July 22, 2026. NASA will evaluate any received packages solely to determine whether to transition the procurement to a competitive basis, a decision that remains entirely at the government's discretion.
