Request for Information - Data Abstraction Services

The Defense Health Agency is seeking contractor support for data abstraction services to populate and maintain the Defense and Veterans Eye Injury and Vision Registry, a joint Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs clinical data repository. The selected contractor will review, extract, and enter relevant ocular and related clinical data from various military and veterans health IT systems, while also supporting training, standard operating procedures, and quality monitoring. Key technical requirements include utilizing systems such as AHLTA, TMDS, Joint Longitudinal Viewer, MHS GENESIS, and VistA to ensure data accuracy in tracking eye injuries and diseases.
