The Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Mobomo LLC for continued maintenance of the Sexually Transmitted Infections Treatment Guidelines mobile applications and their associated web-based administrative backend panel. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the iOS and Android applications, managing the Ruby on Rails backend environment, resolving bugs, and ensuring continuous access for healthcare providers. Technical requirements include compliance with Section 508 and the SHARE IT Act, integration with CDC's cloud and Bitbucket repository, and maintaining a 24-hour email response protocol. Although this is a notice of intent to sole source under FAR 13.106-1(b), capabilities or quotations submitted to Jasmine Powell at jpowell5@cdc.gov by September 16, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST will be considered.
