D--Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Acquisition & Property Operations, intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Surefoot Database Consulting, Inc. for continued Filemaker/Claris programming. The contractor will design, develop, and deploy upgrades and modifications for the servicewide Pre-Acquisition Tracking System database utilized by the agency's Realty Program. This requirement includes a base year plus four option years, leveraging the vendor's proprietary system knowledge and specific experience with the agency's land acquisition operations.
