CentralSquare Pro Cloud Software and Services

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration IT Procurement Office intends to acquire CentralSquare Pro Cloud software and services to support mission-critical operations for NASA Protective Services. The required scope includes cloud-based dispatch positions, mobile Computer-Aided Dispatch licenses, GIS mapping, GovCloud-hosted environments, and analytics subscriptions to enable real-time dispatching and reporting across all NASA centers. This unified, secure, AWS-hosted platform must integrate Computer-Aided Dispatch and Records Management System operations with NIBRS-compliant reporting and API connectivity. NASA intends to award a sole-source contract for these commercial services to CentralSquare Technologies, LLC.
