The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis has issued a Sources Sought Notice to conduct market research for Army Capabilities Integration and Development System (ACIDS) Analysts. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines a non-personal services contract to provide analytical, development, and integration support to the Army Training Support Center (ATSC) Force on Force Training Division. The contractor will support the Army Capabilities Integration and Development System (ACIDS) process to define requirements for next-generation Live Training Instrumentation and Tactical Engagement Simulation (TES) systems, ultimately supporting the Synthetic Training Environment Live Training System (STE LTS). Key duties include drafting and staffing Concept of Employment (CONEMP) documents, Capability Development Documents (CDD), and other ACIDS requirements packets through the Army staffing process for Department of the Army approval. Additionally, analysts will conduct capability gap analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and System Training Plan (STRAP) reviews. The work will be performed at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. Personnel must possess active Secret security clearances at the time of proposal submission.
