Vendors must use licensed nuclear pharmacists, interns, or technologists to prepare supplies and provide a secure online dose ordering solution compliant with NRC regulations and HIPAA, with deliveries limited to Monday through Friday from 0600 to 1530 in El Paso, Texas; the government anticipates a firm-fixed-price contract with a 12-month base period and one 12-month option year.
