Notification of the SEC's Intent to Award a Single Source Purchase Order to Municipal Market Analytics

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Municipal Market Analytics (MMA) for access to their publications. This procurement is necessary as the SEC has determined that MMA is the only source capable of fulfilling its requirements, in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The purchase order is expected to cover a base year with four additional one-year options, with the award anticipated around July 28, 2025.
