Notice of Intent to Contract with a Single Source

The Federal Aviation Administration intends to award a single-source contract to L & M Office Furniture Inc. to procure office workstations. The contractor must provide twenty new 8x8 workstations and twenty-seven new 6x8 workstations for installation in the Multipurpose Building. This procurement will take place at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, utilizing the agency's unique Acquisition Management System guidelines instead of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
