The F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office within the Department of the Navy’s Naval Air Systems Command is hosting an industry day to discuss an upcoming unclassified IT and information assurance/cybersecurity services requirement. The effort calls for comprehensive support for the Joint Virtual Enterprise network and standalone workstations across the program, including program management, enterprise architecture, operations and maintenance, service desk support, IT training, and cybersecurity support. The work also includes network operations, software and application management, infrastructure support, continuous monitoring, risk management framework compliance, incident response, access and configuration management, and coordination with contractors supporting classified systems and trusted external networks. The contract is expected to be a base plus four-year effort, and interested vendors are asked to RSVP and submit questions through the industry day link, with advance questions due May 20, 2026.
