Q--Industry Day Physical Therapy Services (Updated)
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Interior is seeking information from physical therapy service providers for a potential future service model at the Stewart L. Udall Building in Washington, DC. The scope includes comprehensive physical therapy, rehabilitation, and sports performance services for federal employees and the public, with interest in evidence-based individualized care and techniques such as manual therapy, Graston Technique, and dry needling. DOI is considering use of one or both vacant spaces in the building and possibly the gymnasium, and it prefers vendors able to accept Federal Employee Health Insurance and Flexible Spending Accounts. The Industry Day originally planned for May 20, 2026 was postponed, questions were due May 13, 2026, and capability statements were due June 3, 2026.
