Contract Opportunity Analysis

The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Technology is seeking market research responses on a secure content management and collaboration platform to support its global diplomacy mission and business processes. The effort centers on a cloud-based solution for secure content creation, collaboration, sharing, storage, and management across internal users and trusted external partners. The platform is expected to be FedRAMP High authorized and to support controlled role-based access, digital signatures, workflow automation, centralized governance, and compliance with federal security standards, while remaining scalable, configurable, and easy to use. This is an RFI only and does not constitute a solicitation, and responses are due by April 24, 2026, to Guio Jacobs.
