Secure Content Management and Collaboration Platform

The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify industry capabilities for a secure content management and collaboration platform. This RFI is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for a contract. The Department seeks a FedRAMP High authorized, cloud-based, commercial-off-the-shelf solution that supports global diplomacy, secure content creation, collaboration, sharing, storage, and management. Key requirements include robust security, governance, compliance with federal standards (e.g., DoD IL4, ISO 27001/27018, NARA), integrated digital signature capabilities, workflow automation, and AI features. The platform must be scalable, user-friendly, and support secure external collaboration with granular access controls. Vendors must provide company information, assess their solution's capabilities against detailed functional requirements, and demonstrate past performance in deploying similar solutions for federal agencies of comparable size and complexity.
