Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg, is soliciting quotations to procure a special emphasis shipboard component for a crucial naval system, described as a NUT,UNION item and identified in the technical requirements as a union bonnet ring for a 1/4-inch globe valve. The work requires manufacture of the part in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 803-6397434 and related specifications, using ASTM-B150 Alloy C63200, with chemical and mechanical certification, nondestructive test certification where applicable, and full material traceability.
