The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, under the Department of the Navy, is issuing a request for quotations to procure ICE Record & Playback hardware for its existing systems. The work centers on an ICE Enterprises laptop-sized DSP platform and portable storage, including shipping, with the DSP platform required to provide 1 GHz instantaneous bandwidth, 14-bit ADC/DAC capability, record up to 26.5 GHz, playback up to 18 GHz, and 20 TB of I/Q storage, and the portable storage required to provide 30TB for use with ICE Appliances and Small Recorders. The equipment must be compatible in form, fit, and function with currently installed systems, meet the listed physical constraints, and be delivered to Dahlgren, Virginia under a firm-fixed-price, lowest-price-technically-acceptable acquisition. Quotes are due by 28 May 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST, with award anticipated by 28 June 2026, and submissions require an OEM letter of authorization from authorized resellers and SAM registration.
