Contract Opportunity Analysis
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision through Blanket Purchase Agreements. The work includes substance use treatment, such as assessments and counseling, and the broader pre-solicitation also references substance use testing and mental health treatment services, including evaluations, medication monitoring, counseling, and dual-diagnosis support.
