Request for Information Exterminating and Pest Control Services

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to provide monthly Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for its units in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. The contractor must supply all necessary management, licenses, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor. Services are required Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 4 P.M., and as needed. The contractor will develop an IPM plan to address insect and rodent issues, ensuring a safe, effective, and environmentally sound program in compliance with EPA, OSHA, and state/local regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining a quality control program, a customer service call/emergency response system, and a pest prevention education program. All personnel applying pesticides must be state-certified, and pesticide mixing and storage must occur off-installation. Specific locations include USCG Sector Jacksonville, USCG Ant Jacksonville Beach, USCG Station Ponce De Leon, USCG Station Port Canaveral/MSD Canaveral, USCG Sector and Station Charleston, USCG Base Charleston, USCG Station Tybee, USCG Station Brunswick, USCG Station Georgetown, and USCG Air Station Savannah. Pests targeted vary by location but generally include rodents, ants, roaches, spiders, and other insects. Some locations have unique pest issues such as rats requiring additional bait stations or ants during heavy rain.
