The Government does not intend to alter order terms and conditions through this system shift; any such changes should be considered system-generated and potentially erroneous unless explicitly designated as deliberate. Contractors must inform the Contracting Officer of any suspected inadvertent changes. The Government will correct these issues via bilateral modification at no cost. In cases of corrupted award information, the Contracting Officer will issue a continuation contract/order in accordance with DFARS 204.1601(c), carrying over all terms and conditions and preserving contractor performance measurement data.
