Graywolf Sensing Solutions Advanced Sense XM monitor with DSXM-8 Probe Kit

The Department of Defense, on behalf of the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Graywolf Sensing Solutions. The core procurement is for an Advanced Sense XM monitor with DSXM-8 Probe Kit, an AS-202A Articulating Hotwire Anemometer, and a PC-3500 Particle Meter. This equipment will be used for indoor air quality measurements at the Defense Centers for Public Health – Aberdeen in Maryland, with delivery required by August 30, 2026. Because Graywolf Sensing Solutions is the sole manufacturer and does not sell through third-party distributors in the United States, only they can perform the necessary proprietary maintenance, sensor replacements, firmware updates, and annual calibrations.
