AOF 27 Digital and Onsite Services (Sol and Award Synopsis)

The United States Department of Agriculture, Office of Contracts and Procurement, intends to issue a sole-source order to support the Office of the Chief Economist with the 2027 Agricultural Outlook Forum. The selected contractor will assist with the setup and management of the forum by providing integrated in-person and virtual registrations, live-streaming sessions, website and mobile application development, speaker coordination, onsite exhibit coordination, and final data reporting. This firm-fixed-price order will be issued off an established Department of Agriculture Blanket Purchase Agreement to Infinity Conference Group, a small business.
