USACE Enterprise-Wide Trident Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Wilmington District has issued a Sources Sought Notice (Tracking Number: W912PM26RA029) to conduct market research for enterprise-wide emergency management professional services. This procurement focuses on supporting both "Blue Sky" (steady-state preparedness, planning, training, and exercises) and "Gray Sky" (rapid-surge incident response and recovery) operations across five geographic regions. The selected contractor must provide advisory, technical, and administrative support, including the capability to mobilize and deploy qualified personnel (such as quality assurance inspectors, technical engineers, and FAA-certified drone pilots) to disaster zones nationwide within 24 hours of task order activation. Interested firms—including large and small businesses (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB)—must submit a comprehensive capability statement of no more than 10 pages in PDF format.
