Sole Source NOI LAAD Defense & Security 2027 SPACE

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to BThere Inc. for exhibit space services at LAAD Defense & Security 2027 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from April 13-16, 2027. This contract will cover all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and services for the Department of War's exhibit. While DSCA considers BThere Inc. the only responsible source, other capable companies are encouraged to submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations by May 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM EDT. This is not a request for competitive proposals, and the government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by respondents. The decision to pursue a non-competitive award remains at the government's discretion, with submitted information solely used to determine the feasibility of a future competitive procurement.
