Notice of Intent to Sole Source Engine Testing & Support

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Armstrong Flight Research Center intends to issue a sole-source contract to Pratt and Whitney, a Raytheon Company, for technical support services related to original equipment manufacturer aircraft engine testing and support. Under this sole-source justification, the selected contractor will provide specialized engineering and technical services as the original equipment manufacturer of the engines. This non-commercial acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System code 541330 for engineering services and Product Service Code R425 for professional engineering and technical support.
