Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division requires a contractor to manufacture and install control interfaces for a Missile Test Cell in Kyoto, Japan. The objective is to provide a control console with electrical cabling for PIN/SOCKET alignment detection, GREEN/RED indicator lights, and two pushbuttons for ENGAGE/DISENGAGE signals to pneumatic actuators. The scope includes management, threat and risk assessment, and recommendations for mitigation. Deliverables consist of the control console, monthly progress reports, project plans, technical documentation, and managerial reports. The contractor will use existing Wright Industries drawings as a baseline, modifying them to remove unnecessary controls. Manufacturing will occur at the contractor's facility, with delivery to EZRig corporation in California for packaging before shipment to the installation site in Maizuru, Japan. The contractor will also assist with on-site installation and ensure system performance.
