Key requirements include establishing temporary security infrastructure, such as an Access Control Facility and closed-circuit television, and providing personnel holding active Secret and Top Secret clearances, including a Site Security Program Manager and Construction Surveillance Technicians. The contractor must hold an active Top Secret Facility Security Clearance, meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 requirements, and perform the work during an anticipated 540-calendar-day period from November 1, 2027, through April 23, 2029.
