REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT – SIGNALS, SMOKE, AND ILLUMINATION, MARINE, MK 140 MOD 0 (RED), MK 141 MOD 0 (GREEN), AND MK 144 MOD 0 (YELLOW)

The Department of Defense, through the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane, is issuing a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought to identify potential sources for the production of marine pyrotechnic signals, specifically the MK 140 Mod 0 (Red), MK 141 Mod 0 (Green), and MK 144 Mod 0 (Yellow). The procurement aims to gather information on industry capabilities to manufacture these complex devices, which are essential for producing aerial pyrotechnic displays from submarine launchers and have historically faced challenges related to lead times and production costs.
