The Department of the Air Force’s 30 CONS/PK office is seeking support to create a 60-minute employee onboarding training video for the 30 FSS using a government-furnished slide deck. The work includes developing the script and storyboard, creating graphics and animations, recording professional voice-over, editing the video, and adding synchronized captions before delivering a final high-definition file. The video is intended to be a clear, engaging training tool with 1920 x 1080 resolution, at least 25 fps, high-quality audio, and a logical structure aligned to the slide deck, with performance in Lompoc, California and completion between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027 within 180 calendar days of project start.
