The Department of Defense, through the Commander Fleet Readiness Centers Procurement Group, intends to award a sole-source purchase order for a Bonded Materials Tester. The procurement is for part number B600EMI-MN01, national stock number 4920-01-699-4852, manufactured by Evident Scientific, Inc. The government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price contract with Evident Scientific as the sole developer, designer, and proprietor of the technical data required for this equipment, which will be utilized in Havelock, North Carolina.
