The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District is seeking sources for the Sentinel Utility Corridor project at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. The selected contractor will plan, design, and construct 1,750 to 2,225 miles of underground telecommunications and fiber-optic infrastructure to support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent Intercontinental Ballistic Missile System. Work will be executed via a Progressive Design-Build Other Transaction Agreement and requires navigating Montana's challenging terrain, managing environmental permitting, and coordinating cultural resources with Tribal Cultural Specialists.
