2026 Detached Duty Stations

The U.S. Coast Guard Recruiting Command (CGRC) is initiating a program to contract coworking spaces for its recruiters in detached locations. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the need for professional and private spaces to conduct interviews and meetings, and to support recruiters in assessing the need for permanent recruitment presence. The contractor will be responsible for locating and contracting suitable coworking facilities in sixteen specified locations across the continental United States and Puerto Rico. These spaces must meet specific criteria, including an L-shaped desk, additional seating, internet access, 500-1000 sq ft, a conference room, printer/scanner, restrooms, HVAC, public parking, access at least three times a week, and a kitchenette with snacks and water. The contract will consist of a 12-month base period and one 12-month option period. Key deliverables include a Post Award Conference, a draft Project Plan at the time of proposal, and a final Project Plan after the conference, detailing location selection, justification, and quality maintenance.
