Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, through the Department of the Army and the District of Columbia Air National Guard’s 113th Wing, is seeking information on contractors capable of providing recruiting and lead generation services. The work includes market research, lead sourcing, pre-screening for mission-critical positions, and producing 250 qualified leads each month for Air Force Specialty Code positions while managing leads in a Government-approved CRM. Performance is expected to be remote on a Monday through Friday schedule, with required compliance with data privacy and security rules, a Quality Control Plan, and mandatory training such as Antiterrorism Awareness and Information Assurance; evaluation will focus on lead qualification, record maintenance, and professional communication. This is an RFI only, with an anticipated period of performance from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 plus four one-year option periods, and responses are limited to one page and should be submitted to SMSgt Stacey Little at stacey.little.1@us.af.mil.
