The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, is conducting market research for an existing commercial SaaS-based artificial intelligence geotechnical borehole logging tool to support data collection, management, analysis, and integration with USACE systems. The required solution includes digital field data entry, automated quality control between field and lab classifications, AI-assisted user guidance and troubleshooting, legacy data digitization, mapping and cross-section capabilities, and data import/export support for formats such as gINT, OpenGround Cloud, and common office and image files. The product must be mature and ready for rapid deployment, run in the USACE AWS CWBI cloud with IL4 security and related cloud integration support, and be fully provisioned for new users within 120 business days of award or notice to proceed.
