Description

Presolicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE US TRANSPORTATION COMMAND (USTRANSCOM) is seeking sealift services for the Voluntary Tanker Agreement (VTA). This agreement provides ocean transportation charter of clean bulk fuel product for worldwide ocean movements.
