OUSDI&S Bridge Extensions

The Department of Defense, through the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), intends to award short-term sole source extension contracts to several incumbent contractors as part of the OUSDI&S Bridge Extensions initiative. The contracts will extend services currently provided by Galapagos Federal Systems LLC, WWC Global LLC, JMARK Services, Inc., and Redhorse Corporation, with performance periods ranging from two to seven months, depending on the contractor, to ensure continuity of operations until new contracts can be established. These extensions are critical for maintaining ongoing support for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)), with the anticipated awards made under FAR regulations that allow for limiting sources.
