The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) has issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a fixed-price commercial subscription renewal of its existing LastPass Business password management service. The agency requires 500 user subscriptions to ensure secure credential storage, management, and controlled sharing across the organization without service interruption. The contract structure consists of a one-year base period (September 23, 2026, through September 22, 2027) and four subsequent one-year option periods, extending through September 22, 2031. To maintain continuity of operations and administrative compatibility, competition is strictly limited to authorized LastPass resellers capable of activating the renewals directly within ABMC’s current tenant environment. The procurement is limited solely to subscription renewal and excludes migration, implementation, or alternative software platforms. Quotes will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach.
