The Department of State Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt is soliciting bids to supply and deliver tactical, surveillance, protective, and evidence-handling equipment to support the Internal Security Forces of Lebanon on behalf of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs in Beirut. The required items include concealable bulletproof vests, tactical helmets, body-worn cameras, GPS trackers, drug testing kits, breaching tools, and associated online training for night vision operations. Deliveries must be made FOB Destination to the designated warehouse in Beirut within 90 days of contract award, and the contractor is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary export licenses. Evaluation will follow a two-phase process assessing compliance first, followed by a comparative evaluation of technical capability, past performance, and price.
