The project involves the demolition of existing systems, installation of a geothermal bore-field, and new mechanical units, all while preserving the historical integrity of the 19,588 square-foot building, which has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1977. Interested small business contractors are invited to submit capability statements by June 9, 2025, with the anticipated contract value estimated between $1 million and $5 million, and a potential solicitation expected around July 2025.
