3dB Labs Monarch Fly Away Kit, Software Licensing, Support/Maintenance, and Instructor-Led Training

The Department of State's Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Directorate of Cyber and Technology Security, Technology Innovation & Engineering, Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority Program, intends to award a firm-fixed-price, brand-name purchase order for specialized electronic testing equipment and services. Under this contract, the vendor must deliver a 3dB Labs Monarch Fly Away Kit consisting of a Monarch Laptop, a SCEPTRE 10G license, and a Signalhound BB60D software-defined radio, alongside an additional year of software support and maintenance and instructor-led training.
