CMS seeks experienced support to enhance its capacity to plan, oversee, and deliver IT and business initiatives, strengthening strategic IT capabilities, organizational communications, change management, and operational effectiveness. Vendors are requested to provide concise responses (3-5 sentences per question, max 10 pages) covering company information, relevant CMS experience (especially with OIT, DMSM, MPSM, or similar IT modernization efforts), detailed approaches for IT strategy, IT strategy implementation (program management), PMO for shared services, CIO OKR performance meetings, AccessCMS program support, communications strategy and organizational change management, IT governance, and deliverables. Additionally, feedback on SOW ambiguities, recommended additional technical information, contract type, and key cost drivers is requested.
